The Grassroots Safety Development Initiative (GSDI) is a project from Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON) Rivers State Branch to drive safety improvement beyond the workplace. It is a project designed to bring safety closer to everyone in Rivers State. “Through this GSDI project, we want to make safety the language that we speak in Rivers State, we want to bring safety into the way we talk, we want to make safety our culture, we want to make safety a norm in every household and every street in Rivers State.”
